  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Bulk Upload to Image Properties/Browse Server

ccto

Basic Pleskian
Hello All/Parallels,

We have a customer who has around 1100 real estate images. He would like to upload all those images into the Image Properties, and then when he edit the pages, he can directly select it from the Image Properties Browse Server Dialog.

As we know, currently only bulk upload via ActiveX/Java is available in the Gallery Module.

Can we help the customer to unzip a file into his own site attachments/Image folder on the Site Builder 4 server directly (of course we will make those Linux owner/permission), i.e. /usr/local/sitebuilder/htdocs/sites/0c/0c??????????????????????/attachments/Image/

Does it break/miss anything?

Otherwise, it'd be a pain for customer to manually upload each images.

Please help.

Thank you for your kind attention.

Hi,

Would be interest to know too as it is a pain alright. I'd imagine it wont work just uploading the images as I'd say the locations etc are referenced in the database but I could be wrong.
