Can't use mail server after update to Plesk 12.5.30

Hi,

I've the problem that I can't use my mail server. Every time when I will send a message I got the error:

SMTP Fehler: [451] 4.7.1 Service unavailable - try again later

And I can't receive any mails.
I read several threads about this problem but nothing helps me.
And I am not able to send the maillog, because it's empty.

I tried to change the server from Postfix to QMail and from Roundcube to Horde and from Dovecot to Courier IMAP but nothing helps.
Actually I'm on Postfix with Dovecot and Roundcube.

I've entered the command:

Repairing the mail server configuration

Reconfigure all domains and mailboxes? [Y/n] Y
Reconfiguring all domains and mailboxes ......................... [OK]

Error messages: 0; Warnings: 0; Errors resolved: 0

The Error is still there

# plesk log maillog

then send email and look at output of this command. Any error messages there?

I run this command and tried to send a mail (Doesn't work)
This is the output:

# plesk log maillog
Log files: /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog

I don't know why, but the maillog doesn't work.

I've used a dirty way....
I've backed up the /usr/local/psa structure, the I've installed PSA 12.5.30 on a complete new CentOS Server. And then I copied all files with rsync from the fresh server to the original one.

And after that I copied the certificates from my backup back to /usr/local/psa/var/certificates/, after that I was able to start my apache server.

And now it works.
I think I had problems with my permissions :/

m also facing the same problems on all my VPS servers and my clients are disturbing me on it. They cant sent emails but can recieve emails
please plesk team try and fixed as soon as possible

I'm also having this issue on my Windows VPS from GoDaddy... any word on a fix soon?
