I do not think this is true.
I have updated my software 5 DAYS AGO - it was a brand new VPS account installation and I immediately upgraded to 10.4.4
I have an "unlimited users, unlimited domains" licence - and just like before, your description said it was "free" and "recommended".
Can you please tell me why the description has not been changed?

To uninstall CBM use the following KB article - http://kb.parallels.com/en/9327
Also please update the list of installed components - go to Tools & Settings > Server components and click "Refresh"

As of alternatives, several billing solutions would support Plesk, namely WHMCs. WHMCs benefits from selection of 3 (!) Plesk plugins, one of which was developed by Parallels.
