Error by Installing Language Pack

Hello, I try to install the Language Pack: de_DE_language_pack.sh

After I put chmod 755, I try to run ./de_DE_language_pack.sh but I become this error :

Are you using FreeBSD ? If not it's better to use rpm and deb-based distribution of language packs.

For example, problems can became from downloading files in text mode instead binary via ftp.

I have uploaded Sitebuilder_de_DE-3.0.1-all.06102523.noarch.rpm file into your server and installed it successfully. But the problem ist always the same, the for example : the eshop system is always in English, not translate in German,

What can I do ?
