It seems there is some conflict between different MySQL versions on the server and those packets which autoinstaller tries to install according to dependencies. As a workaround you can remove 'MySQL-server-5.0.51a-2.glibc23.i386' package from the server. Autoinstaller should install Mysql-server afresh. Do not forget to make dumps for configuration file or anything else if you need it before deleting Mysql-server.

Does the problem still persist? As I see the package required is now available at https://autoinstall.plesk.com/SiteB...-4.2-i386/thirdparty-4.2.3-cos4.2-i386.hdr.gz

If you are still not able to install or update Sitebuilder to version 4.2.3, try using tarball that is available at http://www.parallels.com/en/download/sitebuilder4. Do not forget to update all modules as well.

Could you please provide end records of installation log, Its name is usually shown at the very end of the update procedure.
The error records may be changed since your last message..

Also specify how do you exactly perform installation/updating? I recommend the way below.

~# ./parallels_installer_v3.3.2_build080619.11_os_CentOS_4.2_i386 --select-release-id SB_4_2_3 --show-components

~# ./parallels_installer_v3.3.2_build080619.11_os_CentOS_4.2_i386 --select-release-id SB_4_2_3 --install-component sitebuilder --install-component modules --install-component locales --install-component templates

Please let me know the details.

Just in case make sure that Sitebuilder installer used matches architecture of the operating system.
