• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Extension "Plesk Email Security" - Access Denied as Owner of account

mcac

Basic Pleskian
With an new user in a customer account with role "owner" (all rights) it is not possible to access under "E-Mail" -> and behind every e-mail-adress (in column "Security") on "Settings" (Path: https://SERVER/modules/email-security/[email protected]) the user get the error "Access denied". But the role is "owner"?

If I login as standard user of webaccount (also role"owner"), there is no problem.

Also another error:
In navigation (left) is a link "EmailSecurity" with path to. On click there comes the error "Invalid email address".

If I login as standard user of webaccount (also role"owner"), the link is missing.

Can anybody confirm this?

@Phantasia I am able to access the Email Security section with an additional user with "owner" role on a test environment. Could you please explain the issue you are encountering in more details?
