• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

HTTP Download Problems

I want to be able to download Counter-Strike maps from my website via HTTP. Plesk wont let me download files with .bsp and .wad extensions. I can download files with .zip and .exe extensions. When I try to download the .bsp and .wad files Plesk says "The requested URL was not found on this server." I've double and tripple checked that I had the right URL and file name but it doesn't work. Is there some setting in Plesk or IIS that I need to change?

My website is clannm.dynu.com and the files are located at clannm.dynu.com/csserverfiles

Did you want to provide a filename within that directory to attempt to download?
