Is there a way to upgrade my 11.5 license to 12?

New Pleskian
I used the websites support/sales form to ask this a few days ago, but have yet to receive an answer.

I have a multi year license for 11.5. I'd like to upgrade to 12, but all I can find are prices for a brand new license.

Is it even possible to upgrade? Or do I have to buy a whole new license?

So, for those of you who have upgraded from 11.5 to 12, how did you go about it?

It's been 2 weeks since I last contacted Odin through their contact form, and I've received no response. Hopefully it's just that their form is broken. If it's not, well, that's rather bad customer service...

It is not possible to upgrade/convert 10.x/11.x licenses to 12.x edition licenses. But this won't get you in trouble as you can use your existing 10.x/11.x licenses with Plesk 12 product - this is supported path.

Like I said, I used their websites support/sales form. It's been several days, an parallel/odin's sites are organized in a confusing manner, but I'm sure it was the "Request Information" button on this page: http://www.odin.com/products/plesk/

Jerrac, thanks for bringing this up, I'm following up with our web team to look into that link. If you'd like help upgrading your license, please try this link: http://www.odin.com/support/plesk-suite/plesk/

Like Vladimir says, you can keep your existing license key and upgrade it to version 12 as long as it's a 10.x or 11.x license.
