    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hello, I tried to write in last thread, but it was closed.

Now, I try to install Magento 2.0 via App, not manualy, and I got this error

What can be a problem?

I installed it manually again, and I checked readiness.

I needed to set always_populate_raw_post_data=-1

maybe that was problem... And again, I did not expect that you will answer so fast, and I needed to finish this installation.
Later I will try to install Magento via Apps on some dev webspace
 
I tried to install it again in another webspace, and I got same message.
In attachment is panel.log, but I don't understand it
