  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello

Last night I got 80 emails from my server, dr web updater failed, or something like that. Since the Plesk update two days ago, my websites aren't reachable, but my server is running. It works again after a restart of the server, but only for a couple minutes. The backup task doesn't work anymore. I get emails that my server can't establish an FTP connection to my external FTP Storage, something's not working with curl. I didn't make any changes, the issues appear since the Plesk update. My server is an Alma Linux OS, latest release.

For the DrWeb update issue, please see this thread:

That issue is not linked with other issues that seem to exist on your system. It does not cause them, neither has any other negative impact on the system.

There are no known major issues as you describe them here with the latest Plesk release. I suggest either trying the manifold "plesk repair" options or to contact support so that each other issue can be handled individually. To sign-in to support please go to https://support.plesk.com

If you experience login issues, please see this KB article:

If you bought your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative:

Apart from the one-time issue with the Dr Web Updater (see link above for quick resolution), it sounds like you might have some other issues that are worth looking into which could be caused by repository updates unrelated to Plesk. It might be a good idea to tackle one at a time (for instance, start with the backups and then look into logs to see why Apache just dropped out).
