Move sites - can't login

We are trying to move our sitebuilder clients from one machine with 2.1.1 to another with 2.1.1 but when we move the /usr/local/sitebuilder directory over and load up the database from the old server we then can't login.

Does anyone know what might be going on?
Or how to actually move the sites over from one server to another?

(they are moving from RH9 to Cento4 - might I have over written the centos 4 specific files when moving the files over?)

As I understand this thread can be closed now as this situation have been discussed in the ticket which you created. But anyway, if you have any further questions here, please ask. I will do my best to answer it.
