• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question No backup space while aktivating firewall

Eberhard Gierke

Basic Pleskian
Is it normal, that if you save a firewall rule in Plesk and Activated, the following error message appears in Backupmanager?

Warnung: Unable to access to the storage: Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: (6) Couldn't resolve host name: Last FTP request: Last FTP response:
Make sure you have entered the correct storage settings. You can check them independently with the command:
curl -v --ftp-pasv --ssl -k -u XXXXXXX ftp://ftp.XXXX.XXXX.com//users/XXXXXXX/plesk_backup/

During this time my backups are not visible.
After the firewall is fully activated everything is back to normal.

Same procedure with "VirusTotal Website Check".
