OTRS on Plesk Control Panel 9.5.3 for Windows

I am wondering if anyone has had experience in getting OTRS Helpdesk installed and working on their Plesk Control Panel for Windows.

I'm really seeking some much needed guidance and assistance,

Hi IgorG,

These seems to be for an Apache installation of Plesk and not for IIS, as our server is.

Thanks for the information though, I will try and see if I can get anywhere with it.

If anyone has any specific information on configuring this on IIS6 it would be much appreciated.
