What to do?

Please check that /opt/drweb/drweb32.key file exists (or whatever value you have for Key in /etc/drweb/drweb32.ini).

Try reinstalling your drweb-unix key via Panel.

That's the reason then. If you can afford buying a key, it would help. Otherwise I suggest ignoring this issue until it is fixed.

Hello

I have this issue and have the #9 MU, and i upgraded from 11.0 to 11.5. I've deleted the DrWeb package and reinstalled again, ran bootstrapper repair, restarted the service, but always get the error:

ERROR: Dr.Web Updater: key file not found !
See Dr.Web Updater log file for details.

The log file is empty.

If i restart drweb i get:

/etc/init.d/drwebd restart
Restarting Dr.Web drwebd...

Any help?

That's a complete different issue. Your update is running and only ha a Problem with the file /var/drweb/updates/timestamp

Does the Directory exist? If yes: what rights does it have? And what files with which rights are in it?

Thomas, thanks by your answer, but I have the Key file not found error.

/opt/drweb/update.pl
ERROR: Dr.Web Updater: key file not found !
See Dr.Web Updater log file for details.

The timestamp missing file is something i found when i restarted the service to test if it solves something.

My problem is that every 30 minutes i'm getting an email with the Key error! (also if i run the update manually)

Anyway here is what you asks me:

drwxr-xr-x 2 drweb drweb 4096 ago 3 14:42 updates

There is no timestamp file inside updates/

Best,

I see the Problem that your log says "Daemon is enabled for protecting 0 e-mail`s:".Sorry, there I cannot really help. What I woud try is deinstall it via plesk-installer, delete alle remaining files and dirs especially in /etc, /var and /var/spool and than reinstall via plesk-installer.

Thanks again, Thomas, deinstalled it, deleted /etc/drweb var/drweb/ cron.d/drweb-update.rpmsave and /var/log/drwebupdate.log (nothing under /var/spool/), then reinstalled it, but continues the same. I want to use the standard included key.

Is it working for you after MU#9?

Best,

Ok, i think is a problem after upgrade from 11.0 to 11.5... I'm going to add in the cron entry >>/var/log/drwebupdate.log to not receive more mails. Perhaps it fix "itself" any time.

Code:
*/30 * * * * drweb /opt/drweb/update.pl >>/var/log/drwebupdate.log

Best,

Hello

I reinstalled the operating system and Plesk 11.5.0 from fresh and had the same problem (MU#9)

Today i tried to update, got MU#10 and this is solved now.

Best,

In my case after update to 11.5:

cd /etc/drweb/
cp drweb32.ini.old_drweb5 drweb32.ini
/etc/init.d/drwebd restart
/opt/drweb/update.pl

Now Works!

Hello everyone, I also use Plesk 11.5.30
And today I just get an email saying the following. And do not introduce code to update the DR. WEB guess that's what it is.
Thank you.
