• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Check SElinux status after error:

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Same here too

i'm trying to upgrade from : FC4, and Plesk 8.0.1

Thank

I also received the same error on FC4 upgrading from 8.0.1 to 8.1 through the updater in the control panel.

Upgrading to 8.1 by running the autoinstaller from command line works just fine but the updater in the control panel still has the keypackages error.

Working again here as well

Same error on trying to update through the panel.
Suse 9.3 - Plesk 8.0.1

Edit: It is working again, i think it was an error on the side of swsoft.

Hi,

Same error for me on Plesk 8.0.1 + Debian Sarge... Could the support give us a solution/fix for that ??

Thanks. Regards.

Edit: Seems to work again for me too...

Appears they fixed the problem.

Plesk firewall module conflicts with the install, remove the module and you should be good to go.
