Issue Plesk Email Security Pro: Antivirus cannot be activated on server nor individual email accounts

Plesk Web Pro Edition is installed on a VM rented at STRATO, Plesk Obsidian 18.0.75 Update #1
Plesk Email Security pro: 1.5.26-8372, license is installed
Extensions -> Server Setting -> Amavis, ClamAV Dovecot Postfix are running, Antivirus is activated

*** PROBLEM:
When I click Plesk->Tools & Settings -> Mail Server Setings-> Antivirus I get: The 'Premium Antivirus for Servers' is installed and needs to be activated.
In an email account -> Antivirus: The 'Premium Antivirus for Servers' is installed and needs to be activated. Enable the antivirus in Server-wide mail settings

***QEUSTION:
How can I make sure the email accounts are actually secured???
