Resolved Plesk Migrator - Cause: Source server OS 'cloudlinux 8 x86_64' on the source server 'directadmin' (xx.xx.xx.xx) is not supported

Hi

I've started migrating to Plesk from direct admin,

I received this error:

Failed to deploy Python on the source server
Cause: Source server OS 'cloudlinux 8 x86_64' on the source server 'directadmin' (xx.xx.xx.xx) is not supported
That is a critical error, migration was stopped.

It is unclear if Cloudlinux 8 is supported or if the issue is different.

1. Connect to the server via SSH.

2. Edit the following file on the target(Plesk) server:

/usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/panel-migrator/backend/lib/python/parallels/plesk/source/custom/actions/deploy_migrator_python.py

Appending the (OSName.OS_CLOUDLINUX, '8'): 'PMM_0.1.11', line as follows:

       redhat_oses = {
            (OSName.OS_CENTOS, '5'): 'PMM_0.1.10',
            (OSName.OS_CENTOS, '6'): 'PMM_0.1.11',
            (OSName.OS_CENTOS, '7'): 'PMM_0.1.11',
            (OSName.OS_CENTOS, '8'): 'PMM_0.1.11',
            (OSName.OS_RHEL, '5'): 'PMM_0.1.10',
            (OSName.OS_RHEL, '6'): 'PMM_0.1.11',
            (OSName.OS_RHEL, '7'): 'PMM_0.1.11',
            (OSName.OS_RHEL, '8'): 'PMM_0.1.11',
            (OSName.OS_CLOUDLINUX, '5'): 'PMM_0.1.10',
            (OSName.OS_CLOUDLINUX, '6'): 'PMM_0.1.11',
            (OSName.OS_CLOUDLINUX, '7'): 'PMM_0.1.11',

3. Re-run migration

@Peter Debik Thank I forgot to update you here, I did find the file and copied line for cloudlinux 7 to a new line.
now, it is working smoothly.
