Plesk Team,
This is not a feature request — this is a critical issue that directly affects customer trust and our ability to operate professionally.
Here’s what’s happening:
If an end user logs in and gets the survey, then logs out, and an admin logs in and completes the same mandatory survey, the end user still gets the survey again when they log back in to manage their website.
This is not just annoying — it’s completely unacceptable behavior for a production control panel. It exposes our clients to what they perceive as data collection from us, not from Plesk. We’ve already had a client question the nature of the survey and even threaten to terminate their contract because they believe we’re the ones collecting this information.
Let’s be very clear:
This approach feels invasive, poorly designed, and disconnected from real-world operations. It comes across as data gathering rather than user feedback.
If this continues, it will cost you partners and customers. We will not risk our reputation over forced, misdirected surveys.
If Plesk wants feedback, you will get it — professionally, directly, and willingly. But forcing surveys on end users is not acceptable under any circumstance.
Disable these surveys immediately, or provide a way to permanently turn them off for all users.
