Resolved RoundCube error : Oops... something went wrong!

Hello team,

When I launch the webmail of my domain (webmail.xxxxx.com) I get the error "Oops... something went wrong! An internal error has occurred. Your request cannot be processed at this time."

I found a "Resolved - Roundcube - Oops... something went wrong" ticket and followed @Peter_Debik's suggestion, uninstalled Roundcube via the Plesk installer, and i reinstalled but it didn't work, the problem is not solved.

In the /var/log/plesk-roundcube file I have the following lines:

Please, anyone have a solution that would work today with my setup underneath.

Plesk version : 18.0.56 Mise à jour n° 4
OS version : Debian 11.8

The problem has come back
