Suddenly invalid license key

I updated from Plesk 10.4 to Plesk 11.0.9 (on Ubuntu 10.04) some time ago. It worked well for a few weeks but since 11. September I keep getting a "Parallels Panel key update deferral notification" every day. Now the license key is invalid.

I did not change anything important in Plesk after the update to 11.0.9 (except deleting one sub-domain and adding an FTP account)

The only key installed is the basic Plesk license for 10 domains.

I can telnet ka.swsoft.com port 5224.

The test.php from http://kb.parallels.com/en/111198 returns:

Result code: 2
Description: Key update disabled
Status update: Not required

Any idea whats wrong?

Retrieve keys shows me a blank page.
"/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log" is empty (except server started/stopped messages)

Is there nobody who can help me?

Have you tried contact your sales representative regarding license issue?
