Switch subscription domain to forwarding

We have a customer which wishes to change his domain from Standard Hosting (FTP) to Forwarding. However in the panel we can not find where to make the change.

As A work around I have used an index.php to redirect, but its not ideal as the rest of the staff do not know PHP.

OS Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS
Panel version 11.0.9 Update #9

Unfortunatly it does not allow us to do this for the Subscription domain ?
