Issue Upgrade to Plesk Onyx stuck

Well my server is Ubuntu 14.04 , and I had Plesk 12.0.18 installed. Today I tried to to upgrade to Plesk Onyx Version 17.8.11. But its about 30 minutes since its on this:
Should I just wait more or ? Websites are working but when I try to approach server login page it gives mi 502 error. And I was updating through GUI.
