    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

I require your kind help.

I am not a computer anything. However, I have started reading code since the end of March 2023 and have subsequently built a website. Everything works, was built and tested on localhost XAMPP.

The problem I am experiencing is to do with my emails.

So on using XAMPP, I experienced not getting emails. They went off, no error messages or anything, but I was not receiving them in the applicable email addresses. Since then, i have changed settings in the php.ini and sendmail.ini on XAMPP and all emails were received.

Since then I started moving my website to Plesk, however, now I receive no emails in testing. i.e. when I register an account I receive no activation email, reset password, no email, emails I'm suppose to receive when someone subscribes, none. And no emails from my Contact Me page.

I'll give you the extra following information. a purchased a domain email through X. I received a domain with this. This domain is what my website is attached to on plesk.
my name server is on cloudflare. I experienced a problem with sending emails in the ordinary instance and added DKIM and SPF records to cloudflare that was received from X, they all work now.

Now I just need the emails relating to my website to go off.

Please can you help me. PS: I dont know all there special terminology relating to computers, please be patient with me.

I hope you are well.

Please forgive me. As I've stated I'm not a computer anything. And may have misinterpreted the question.

When it asked me for OS I believed it asked me for the operating system of the laptop I was on.

I recently received log in details for a website that was build for me by some other that is now out of the picture. He gave me the log in credentials and that's the only way I utilize plesk with out any training or experience in the computer industry. Whether hosting or email or dns or other.

I moved my working website that I built into the httpdocs folder and my website is now online. I've moved his into a subfolder.

The problem is that email functionality is not working like it does when testing on localhost through xampp.

Is there anyway I can schedule a TeamViewer session with someone to trouble shoot the settings for me? I fear I have no hope other wise. I have tried many people in my region and country that is not willing to go past a few hours of assistance since they don't use plesk. My website however is on plesk.

I would appreciate if someone could assist me. I believe for someone with the experience it might be just a matter of changing settings in a few areas.

Please let me know if it's possible to trouble shoot my issue away, over team viewer.
