Helm > Plesk migration

When I try to migrate an account I get the following error:

"Unable to run migrmng: Unable to make up dump."

Suggestions?

What should I be looking for? I don't think any error but the log file has a lot of lines, so I'm not really sure what you want me to look for.

also, please don't ask me to post the log file, it has my passwords in clear text...

I see something about a license not being valid but I have a good Plesk and Helm licenses, so I'm not sure. I submitted a support ticket since I don't have time to debug this...
