  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Move subscriptions to new customers

SimonF

New Pleskian
I moved a subscription to a new customer.
My problem: The users have not moved.

Is this a bug?

Panel-Version 10.3.1
OS Linux 2.6.18-164.15.1.el5

Need more details. What do you mean 'The users have not moved'? How it can be reproduced?

You have a domain (subscription) with email addresses. For each e-mail address there is a user.
I move that subscription to a new customer.
The email addresses are still available but the user does not exist anymore.

An example:

Customer1 with subscription (Domain test1.com)
Panel user user1 - email [email protected]
Panel user user2 - email [email protected]

Move domain (subscription) from customer1 to customer2

Customer2 with subscription (Domain test1.com)
NO Panel user for email address [email protected]
NO Panel user for email address [email protected]

As far as I know this issue should be fixed in upcoming 10.4 release.
