Input Plesk can now be installed on Ubuntu 20 servers running on ARM-based platforms

@Ozgur The sw-cp-server service is responsible for the Plesk interface. As I see, it is running correctly and listening to the correct ports. Apparently, Plesk works correctly. So I think the problem is on the Oracle Cloud side and the firewall settings. I would reach out to their technical support team.
This KB article can help you to check out required Plesk ports: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...d-be-opened-in-the-firewall-on-a-Plesk-server
Thanks a lot for the reply Igor.

I will contact Oracle Cloud support regarding the firewall.

But, the service ports are seems correct. But what about the IP addresses. As you have surely seen, some services are running on the private IP ?

nginx 74858 root 6u IPv4 253717 0t0 TCP 10.0.0.167:443 (LISTEN) nginx 74858 root 7u IPv4 253718 0t0 TCP 10.0.0.167:80 (LISTEN) nginx 74859 nginx 6u IPv4 253717 0t0 TCP 10.0.0.167:443 (LISTEN) nginx 74859 nginx 7u IPv4 253718 0t0 TCP 10.0.0.167:80 (LISTEN)

und

named 80992 bind 29u IPv4 274590 0t0 TCP 10.0.0.167:53 (LISTEN) named 80992 bind 30u IPv4 274590 0t0 TCP 10.0.0.167:53 (LISTEN) named 80992 bind 31u IPv4 274590 0t0 TCP 10.0.0.167:53 (LISTEN)

Would this be correct, can plesk handle it?

I also try to map the private IP to a public IP to create NAT with:
plesk bin ipmanage -u 10.0.0.67 -public_ip XXX.XXX.54.190

But unfortunately, i still can't reach the Admin Login Page.

Finally i found the issue.

I finally found the problem. The problem is that the Oracle Cloud Ubuntu Images comes with iptable policies, which are blocking Plesk Login. After removing them, i was able to login.
@IgorG I would like to recommend to add a iptable policies function to Plesk installer script which checks whether there are exiting iptable policies on the operating system during installation routine, and if so, it should be deactivated by default.

WordPress Toolkit v5.12
(Plesk) WordPress Toolkit now fully works on ARM64 architecture (currently supported by Ubuntu 20).
(Plesk) Clone and Copy Data now properly work on ARM64. (EXTWPTOOLK-9174)

Amazing work Plesk team!!! Thank you!

Announced in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.46:

We are glad to announce official support of ARM-based servers:
  • Plesk can now be installed on ARM-based servers running on Ubuntu 22.
  • The SSH Terminal extension can now run on ARM-based servers.
  • SFTP Backup can now run on ARM-based servers.

Thank you. Installation went fine and I could log in with https://<Server IP address>/login?secret=<session_token> when I changed private ip to public on that link. When I log in to Plesk it only shows private ip 10.0.0.x. I tried to add public ip via Plesk via tools&settings -> ip addresses but now it forwards me to plesk login page. :)
