I get this:

Unable to restart web server: websrvmng failed: websrvmng: Service /etc/init.d/apache2 failed to restart

0: class.IPAddress.php:413
IPAddress::rereadIPs()
1: configure.php3:22


And, yep, I have browsed for this issue on the forum...Tried this and that...Googled it...need more help

SLES 10 64 bit, apache 2.x, php5, mysql 5...

Have you tried:

/usr/sbin/apachectl -k restart

or even using the plesk services panel?
