We've lost the ability to FTP into our sites since the install of Plesk 10, overtop of Plesk 9. FTP functionality was working fine in Plesk 9. Users were able to access their sites using ftp clients, upload/download files to their /httpdocs/ directory. Does anyone have any ideas?
